Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship our products to Germany, the EU, and Switzerland. We plan to expand our delivery area to include additional countries in the future. If you would like to receive updates on our international shipping options, please subscribe to our newsletter.
Delivery within Germany typically takes 3-6 business days. For deliveries abroad, it typically takes 7-14 business days from order confirmation.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship your entire order in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Please note: In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may apply in individual cases, which are to be borne by the customer.

For orders within Germany, shipping costs of €4.85 apply.
For orders within the EU, shipping costs of €14.90 apply.
For orders within Switzerland, shipping costs of €12.90 apply.
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, please contact us at info@yardinzayel.com .

The return costs are to be borne by the buyer.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@yardinzayel.com . Send us a photo of the damaged item and a brief description of the problem. We will then find a solution as quickly as possible, whether through an exchange, a refund, or another suitable measure. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will ensure that the problem is resolved without complications.
