Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@yardinzayel.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
