Scope: These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries between yardin zayel (Stojinov & Yilmaz GbR, Auf der Steig 50, 70376 Stuttgart) and our customers via our online shop yardinzayel.com.
Conclusion of Contract: The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submitting by an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.
Prices and Payment Conditions: All prices listed are final prices, including statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. Payment options are communicated to the customer in the online shop. The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering.
Delivery and Shipping Conditions: Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery time is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you promptly. If the delivery of the goods fails despite three delivery attempts due to your fault, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (yardin zayel, Auf der Steig 50, 70376 Stuttgart, info@yardinzayel.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out the refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
Retention of Title: The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
Warranty and Liability: Statutory warranty rights apply. All products in our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights. We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents for injury to life, body, or health; for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty; for guarantees, if agreed; or where the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. However, we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Final Provisions: If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become invalid or unenforceable after the contract is concluded, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a valid and enforceable regulation shall apply whose effects come closest to the objective that the contracting parties pursued with the invalid or unenforceable provision.
